Top ranked Maryland transfer Stephane Njike was one of three signees the Indiana men’s soccer program the Hoosiers announced on Friday. After spending just one year in College Park, Njike will join Todd Yeagley’s team in Bloomington with two years of eligibility remaining. Prior to his year at Maryland, he also spent time at Long Island University and Marshall.
Cornell transfer midfielder Westin Carnevale, and FAU transfer attacker Oliver Moller-Jensen will be joining the Hoosiers on the pitch for the upcoming season as well.
In 2025, Njike finished the season with seven goals and seven assists in just 18 games during his lone season with the Terrapins. He also received the following accolades:
The Hoosiers will look to make their 40th consecutive NCAA tournament in 2026, a record among active programs. Njike appears poised to be a focal point of the Hoosiers’ offense this season, as they look to rebound after a second round elimination in last year’s tournament at the hands of the Saint Louis Billikens.
