CAMBRIDGE CITY, IN —A town hall meeting on local flooding for western Wayne County residents will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 16, in the gymnasium of Lincoln High School.
“The meeting will focus on the next steps in our community’s recovery from the recent flooding,” according to a news release. “Residents and business owners will have the opportunity to hear directly from local and state officials about recovery efforts, available resources, and what comes next for our communities.”
Local residents will also be incited to share questions and comments.
Cambridge City and other Wayne County communities saw significant damage from the flooding in recent days.
