WEST LAFAYETTE − The 2026 Purdue football roster is starting to take shape.
On Wednesday night, the Boilermakers built on to their defense with three transfer portal additions, then filled an offensive line spot, a nice haul that at least temporarily appeased Purdue football fans.
The Boilers added two defensive transfers from Illinois in defensive tackle Curt Neal and linebacker Jojo Hayden. Neal is a former starter at Wisconsin and Illinois with four years of experience. Boaz Stanley essentially becomes a trade with South Carolina. Stanley was South Carolina’s starting center. The Gamecocks recently signed former Purdue lineman Hank Purvis.
Mister Clark was an All-Conference USA defensive back at Florida International last season.
On Thursday afternoon, Purdue secured a commitment from former Central Florida defensive tackle Rodney Lora, who spent the 2023 and ’24 seasons at North Carolina.
