As made official at a Plymouth Community Schools monthly board meeting Tuesday, December 2, head football coach Adam Handley has been fired after four seasons leading the Rockies. The board voted 3-2 in favor of his removal.
In 2024, Handley led Plymouth to its first winning season (6-5) since 2019, but Handley’s overall record finished at 12-30 after a 4-7 season in 2025.
The Rockies never won a sectional under Handley.
On the board meeting’s agenda December 2, Handley’s termination was listed as effective starting November 10, despite the decision not being made official until Tuesday.
