Parris Campbell, a 2019 NFL Draft pick by the Indianapolis Colts, has been placed on the reserve/retired list by the Dallas Cowboys.
The Colts selected Campbell in the second round (59th overall) out of Ohio State, hoping he would develop into a No. 1 receiver as T.Y. Hilton’s career wound down.
However, injuries followed Campbell, limiting him to 15 games over his first three seasons. He played a full season in 2022, catching a career-high 63 passes for 623 yards and 3 touchdowns. He had 10 catches for 70 yards and a touchdown against Tennessee in Week 7.
He joined the New York Giants in 2023; the Philadelphia Eagles in 2024, appearing in five games as they won the Super Bowl; and he played one game for the Cowboys last season.
