Main-Eighth street intersection in Mishawaka closed for several weeks for improvements

MISHAWAKA — The intersection of South Main and Eighth streets closed at 7 a.m. Monday, June 23, for intersection improvements, city officials said on its official Facebook page.

The city recently took down the trafic signals there, saying that the intersection will be improved.

The city will be putting up detour signs to direct motorists around the closure area.

Weather permitting, the closure is expected to be in place until Friday, Aug. 8.
