A small-caliber handgun was found at the scene with the victim, Verma said. The victim was found outside the truck on the driver’s side. Verma said police are investigating the death as a possible suicide.

The Tippecanoe County coroner’s office will release the man’s name and the official manner of death after an investigation, Verma said.
