Reinaldo Perez, a Class of 2027 four-star recruit out of Columbus (Ohio) Academy, has committed to Indiana football.
The 6-foot-6, 260-pound defensive lineman chose the national champion Hoosiers over Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State and Virginia Tech.
On3 and Rivals rank him as the nation’s No. 316 prospect in the class of seniors, No. 32 at his position and No. 12 overall in Ohio.
It’s another signature recruiting win for Curt Cignetti and IU. Last week, the Hoosiers landed their highest-rated recruit of the 2027 class in defensive end Myles Smith, of Farmington, Michigan.
