INDIANAPOLIS — Caitlin Clark has a lengthy list of honors for her game on the court, and fans will be able to own a collectible off it.
The Indiana Fever superstar will have her own Funko POP! figurine as part of the collectible brand’s first WNBA line launched Wednesday with preorder sales. Fans can buy their Caitlin Clark figurine for $12 and the site lists an estimated shipping date of June 30.
Clark and the Fever have lofty expectations this season after an offseason marked by title-contending moves. Bet MGM has Clark as the odds favorite to win WNBA Player of the Year, one year after she won the league’s rookie of the year. She’s elevated the league in a short time with many Fever road games moved to NBA arenas or bigger venues.
The Fever open the regular season at 3 p.m. Saturday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse against the Chicago Sky. Second-year forward Angel Reese was among the five players represented in Funko’s release. Others were three-time WNBA MVP A’Ja Wilson, two-time WNBA MVP and three-time champ Breanna Stewart and Hall of Fame center Lauren Jackson, who won three league MVPs and two championships during her 12-year career with the Seattle Storm.
