Food Bank's mobile pantries across the South Bend area set for May

The Food Bank of Northern Indiana will distribute boxed and bagged food to those in need at remote locations in the coming month. The food can be picked up in a drive-through on a first-come, first-served basis.

● May 7: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The former Kroger parking lot, 4526 W. Western Ave., South Bend

● May 8: 9 to 10:30 a.m. Trinity Lutheran Church, 430 Academy Road, Culver, Indiana

● May 12: noon to 1:30 p.m. New Hope United Methodist Church, 28765 County Road 4, Elkhart

● May 13: 10 to 11:30 a.m. CT San Pierre Fire Dept., 102 Fisher St., San Pierre, Indiana

● May 14: 10 to 11:30 a.m. Janes Park, 600 Woodies Lane, Bremen

● May 15: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. First Baptist Church, 206 S. Oak St., Mentone, Indiana

● May 20: 10 to 11:30 a.m. Kosciusko County Fairgrounds, 1440 E. Smith St., Warsaw, Indiana

● May 21: 10 to 11:30 a.m. Food Bank of Northern Indiana, 702 Chapin St., South Bend

● May 22: 10 to 11:30 a.m. Maple City Chapel, 2015 Lincolnway E., Goshen

● May 28: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CT Salvation Army–LaPorte, 3240 Monroe St., LaPorte

● May 29: 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Emmons Elementary School, 1306 S. Main St., Mishawaka
