Downtown Ellettsville is buzzing with renewed energy and momentum, and the Greater Ellettsville Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to celebrate our member businesses, both new and established, that are helping shape the heart of our community.
The IN Store recently relocated from Richland Plaza to the heart of downtown with a fresh look and expanded offerings in boutique shopping and home décor. They’re a community of small local businesses, each using their creativity to craft truly unique products. Floor Coverings International is relocating to Ellettsville, bringing years of flooring expertise and personalized service. Owner Jason Barrett shared, “We’re excited to be in Ellettsville and look forward to opening our showroom soon. As always, we’re a full-service mobile showroom and come to you with a wide selection of hardwood, carpet, tile, vinyl, and more.” Both businesses will celebrate their new locations with ribbon cuttings shortly.
Favorites like The Hawaiian Hoosier, serving authentic Hawaiian food and island-inspired snacks, and Biggby Coffee, offering handcrafted beverages, bagels, bragels, and muffins, will soon be celebrating one year in business and have quickly become go-to spots for locals.
Several well-established Chamber members continue to anchor our downtown:
Looking ahead, Alternative Care Solutions will soon break ground at the corner of Sale and Temperance streets, adding to the area’s growing list of wellness and health-focused services.
These businesses are proud members of the Greater Ellettsville Area Chamber of Commerce, working together to make Ellettsville a vibrant place to live, work and shop.
We’re equally excited to announce the return of the Ellettsville Farmers’ Market, which will launch on Saturday, May 24, and run every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Oct. 11. The market will again be in the Chandler Funeral Home parking lot at 203 E. Temperance St.
Downtown Ellettsville is growing, and so is the sense of community that makes our town so special. Whether exploring new shops, supporting local makers at the market, or reconnecting with neighbors, there’s never been a better time to get involved and shop local. Let’s keep the momentum going. See you downtown!
