Cardinal Spirits recently released its spring cocktail menu at the craft distillery, 922 S. Morton St. There are more than 15 new options on the menu, combining Cardinal Spirits crafted spirits with fresh-squeezed juices and house-made syrups, shrubs and other ingredients. The menu also features classic bourbon cocktails and mocktails.
New cocktails include:
Cardinal Spirits is offering $10 martinis poured tableside on Thursday nights. Patrons can choose from Dry Martini with Vodka, Dirty Martini with Standard Dry Gin, Freezer Martini with Terra Botanical Gin and Valencia Triple Sec.
