Brown County Coffee & Tea has introduced espresso drinks at the Saturday Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market. This past Saturday was the first for the mocha lattes — hot or iced — and iced vanilla matcha lattes.
Brown County Coffee has been part of the Saturday farmers’ market for years but has added more teas and espresso drinks this season. The family-owned business has multiple people working to keep up with demand most weekends.
Customers now can choose from lattes, Cappucinos, cortados, mochas and iced espresso drinks as well as hot or iced coffee featuring one of many varieties of freshly roasted coffee beans. There’s also organic caffeinated and herbal teas including London fog, vanilla matcha lattes and house-crafted blends.
Brown County Coffee also is available at many Bloomington area restaurants and cafes, including ice cream at Chocolate Moose and brews at Nick’s English Hut, Hive, Brightside Cafe, Story Inn, The Graduate, One World Catering, Gable’s Bagels, The Elm, Brown County Inn and The Caffeinated Cook in Ellettsville.
The Saturday Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market operates from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturdays through September at the Showers Common, 401 N. Morton St.
