The all-Marion County and all-City teams for boys and girls soccer have been released.
Speedway’s Joey Heaviland received the most votes among the all-Marion County honorees for boys soccer. The senior midfielder totaled a career-high 13 goals and 18 assists for the 11-5-2 Sparkplugs. Lawrence North led the team with three total selections.
Vote totals were not made available for the other teams, but Cathedral led the boys all-city team with five selections.
Class A state champion Heritage Christian led the girls’ all-City team with five honorees — Lauryn Dolvin, Adrianna Everhart, Emma Gast, Alanna Jordan and Olivia Lopez. Cathedral also had five selections. Class 2A runner-up Park Tudor had five selections to the all-Marion County team, as did Lawrence North.
