PEORIA – Coco’s Tacos is now open seven days a week.
The Mexican eatery – situated at 2626 N. Sheridan Road – is now open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday through Sunday. It was previously closed on Mondays.
Formerly known as Cuco’s Tacos, the eatery updated its name and logo in early 2025. Customers can find pizzabirria, quesabirria, sopes, tacos, tortas, tostadas and more.
“We can’t wait to see you,” the business wrote in its May 18 announcement.
