The Chicago Bears were back at training camp with their seventh practice at Halas Hall, where there were plenty of notable observations and highlights during a non-padded session.
After back-to-back days in pads, it was a lighter workout on Wednesday morning. Practice lasted just 90 minutes and essentially felt like a walkthrough, especially as the few team periods they did were half speed. Quarterback Caleb Williams was sharp during 7-on-7, connecting often with tight end Colston Loveland and connected with Kaden Davis for the catch of the day. Linebacker T.J. Edwards returned to practice, although he was just ramping up. The pads are slated to come back on Thursday before a rest day Friday.
With media and fans in attendance, there were some highlights that were shared from Halas Hall. We’ll continue to update this post as they’re shared.
