From the thousands of Little League fields to the well-kept fields in the collegiate and professional levels, baseball is one of the most popular sports in Florida.
The Sunshine State is home to two professional teams in the Miami Marlins and Tampa Bay Rays, dozens of minor league teams, spring training, and some of the most competitive college and high school programs in the country. Some of that talent resides in Florida’s Big Bend, including Florida State and a number of local high school programs that have produced jaw-dropping talent.
