From owner Shad Khan to general manager James Gladstone to head coach Liam Coen, the Jags are in search of fresh prospects to strengthen a roster that qualified for the AFC playoffs in 2025. The Jaguars entered the draft without a first-round selection for the first time in the organization’s history, after trading their 2026 first-rounder to the Cleveland Browns in April 2025 in order to move up to No. 2 and select Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter last year.

Second round, No. 56: TE Nate Boerkircher, Texas A&M

The Jaguars selected Boerkircher as a receiving option for Trevor Lawrence and a blocking contributor, the highest-drafted tight end for the franchise since Marcedes Lewis in 2006. See the instant grade on the Jags’ selection.

Third round, No. 81: DT Albert Regis, Texas A&M

The Jaguars added bulk to the interior line with their second Texas A&M selection of the night. Up until now, the franchise had only drafted two Aggies ever (Luke Joeckel and Antonio Johnson).
