Riding a seven-game winning streak, the Florida Gators host the FIU Panthers at Condron Family Ballpark for a two-game midweek series starting on Tuesday night. If you want to catch the college baseball action on tV or live stream, you have come to the right place.
The Orange and Blue have not blinked since getting goosed in the season-opener by the UAB, who snuck an extra-inning win out from Florida’s nose. It has been mostly a tour de force since, collecting a pair of mercy-rule victories en route to three series wins so far.
The Panthers have two losses in eight tries so far and have managed to also win all three of their opening series in 2026. Much like the Gators, their opening day matchup resulted in a loss but they bounced back to take the series from Villanova — plus a one-off midweek vs Bethune-Cookman — before seizing three of four this past weekend from Holy Cross.
Florida is 2-1 all-time against FIU, having previously met in 1977 (W 14-13), 1990 (L 3-1) and 2018 (W 11-3) — twice in Gainesville and once in Miami. The home team has won every meeting between the two schools.
