Mac Meissner was among the many players straddling the FedEx Cup playoff line entering the final tournament of the regular season. Coming in at No. 71 when the top 70 players in the standings qualify for golf’s postseason, Meissner is right on the cut line in Greensboro as he needs to make a move to get in the field.
On top of the FedEx Cup drama, Cameron Young, at No. 3 the highest ranked golfer at the Wyndham Championship by far (not to mention last year’s winner). What is the Wyndham Championship cut line?
After the second round, the cut line at the 2026 Wyndham Championship was back to 3 under par after being 2 under earlier in the day. Players with a score of 3 under or better qualified for the weekend’s rounds if the projected cut line holds. Projections from DataGolf estimate the final cut line will be 3 under.

How many players make the cut at Wyndham Championship?
Of the 147 players who entered the tournament, 65 are guaranteed to make the cut and play this weekend. That number can grow to account for ties. Last year, 75 players made the cut at 3 under.

Round 2 of the 2026 Wyndham Championship broadcasts nationally on Golf Channel starting at 3 p.m. today. Rounds 3 and 4 will start on Golf Channel at 1 p.m. before switching to CBS at 3 p.m. Aug. 8-9.
