Tickets for Ulta Beauty’s popular beauty convention went on sale earlier this week, and all 3,000 available tickets sold out within an hour.
After its successful inaugural event in Texas last year, the beauty retailer announced it would bring its expo to Florida in 2026 and heavily promoted it on its social media. Following its chaotic ticket launch day, many online shared their disappointment and frustration over not getting a ticket.
Some even began looking at rival beauty retailer Sephora’s own convention and if they would rather go to “SEPHORiA” instead of Ulta Beauty World in 2026 (and beyond).
Are Ulta Beauty World 2026 tickets completely sold out?
Yes. Ulta Beauty issued a statement at 11 a.m. ET on Wednesday, Jan. 21, saying they were officially sold out, just an hour after ticket sales opened at 10 a.m. ET.
In a comment under their post, Ulta Beauty said that there were only 3,000 tickets available and 3 million people entered the queue.
What is SEPHORiA?
First launched in 2018, SEPHORiA is a multi-day expo for beauty lovers. It offers access to “breaking beauty news, master classes taught by beauty icons, talent meet-and-greets, and an on-site shop with exclusive merch and products only available for purchase at SEPHORiA.”
“SEPHORiA will bring beauty lovers together for an exciting weekend of postable moments, experiences, and hangs with the industry’s most buzzed-about brands,” Sephora’s press release says.
SEPHORiA 2026 will feature 50+ unique spaces and experiences. Some of the celebrities and beauty icons attending are Pat McGrath, Chris Appleton, Mario Dedivanovic, Issa Rae and Patrick Ta.
Where will SEPHORiA 2026 be?
This year’s SEPHORiA expo will return to Los Angeles from Friday, March 20, through Saturday, March 21st at Magic Box at The Reef. Details for SEPHORiA 2027 have not yet been announced, as of Jan. 23, 2026.
Can I still buy tickets to SEPHORiA 2026?
No, tickets to “Sephoria 2026” are already sold out, according to its website.
How much does SEPHORiA cost?
General admission pricing was $180, with taxes and fees included. It gave patrons access to one three-hour session and a beauty swag bag worth $700+, among the rest of the expo’s experiences.
Its VIP pass was $465, including taxes and fees. Some of the special features it had included one-hour early entry to your purchased session, VIP entrance, admission to the VIP Lounge, exclusive meet-and-greets, early registration for master classes, and a beauty swag bag worth $1,650+.
