The longest basketball season in UCF Knights history continues.
And with a championship on the line, no less.
The Knights outlasted Villanova 104-98 in overtime of the College Basketball Crown semifinals Saturday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Darius Johnson exploded for a career-high 42 points, including 10 in OT, to spur the victory.
As a reward, the Knights (20-16) set up a finals matchup against Nebraska (20-14). The contest will tip off at 5:30 p.m. Sunday. It will air on Fox.

Led by 21 points from Juwan Gary, the Cornhuskers handled Boise State 79-69 in the semifinals.
Both UCF and Nebraska secured at least $100,000. That’s what the tournament runner-up will receive. The winner will pocket $300,000.
