Crestview is surging and so is its running back Manwell Robinson, who is our latest Florida Power & Light Athlete of the Week.
Following his 138-yard, three-score game against Escambia, Robinson ran away with the honor to join Niceville’s Jakobe Gilyard, Freeport’s Emily Doi, FWB’s Diandre Mayes, Crestview’s Trey Hardman, South Walton’s Rooney and Maci Jones and Choctaw’s Tamen Zabetakis and Jordan Figueroa as AOTW. The Bulldogs (4-3, 1-1) will look for a fourth straight win tonight when they host Tate (6-2, 1-1) at Jack Foster Stadium.
The next crop of Athlete of the Week nominees will drop Monday, so look for that and vote often.
