Two Fort Myers men arrested for trafficking cocaine, sold to deputies

Two Fort Myers men have been arrested, accused of selling narcotics to law enforcement officers and found in possession of more than 60 grams of narcotics.

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ramiro Jimenez-Flores, 20, and Chris Sierra-Lopez, 26, on Wednesday, May 6, after undercover detectives set up multiple cocaine purchases with them.

“If you choose to deal or traffic drugs in Lee County, expect that we will hunt you down and find you,” Sheriff Carmine Marceno said in a social media post about the arrest.

During a traffic stop, detectives found 60.52 grams of cocaine with Jimenez-Flores, according to the post.

Detectives executed searches at the suspects’ homes on Atlantic Avenue in North Fort Myers and 25th Street SW in Lehigh Acres.

Jimenez-Florez has been charged with trafficking cocaine, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and unlawful use a of two-way communication device.

He remains in custody. His bond is set at $25,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 8.
