Fans of the Jacksonville Jaguars are itching to see their team again after a short-lived playoff appearance last year. They’ve now got a date to mark on their calendars, even if it’s just for when the next dates to mark will be known.
The NFL confirmed reports May 8 that the dates and matchups for all 18 weeks of the 2026 regular season will be released Thursday, May 14. The Jaguars look to take their next step with 10 rookies taken in April’s NFL draft, starting with Texas A&M tight end Nate Boerkircher at No. 56.
The Jags already know who they’ll play as Trevor Lawrence and company seek the team’s first Super Bowl appearance. One of the teams who played in last year’s big game, the New England Patriots, are due to visit Jacksonville. The team that lost to the Pats in the AFC championship game, the Denver Broncos, will welcome the Jaguars this coming season, as will the Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Bears.
Jacksonville is slated to host the Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Steelers, as well, though two of their eight home games this season will be played in London. That’s because EverBank Stadium is in the midst of major renovations that will force a reduced capacity at the Jags’ home this season and move them to Orlando in 2027.
