ST. LUCIE COUNTY — The nearly 400-acre estate owned by Yoenis Cespedes, a former outfielder for the New York Mets, is for sale for $30 million.

La Potencia II is billed as a private equestrian and hunting estate near Clover Park, the Mets spring training home in Port St. Lucie. (La Potencia means “the power” in Spanish and is Cespedes’ nickname in baseball.) His last Major League game was Aug. 1, 2020, in Atlanta, a Mets loss to the Atlanta Braves.
