Rooftop dining with casual eats, bars and water views breaks ground. See what's coming

The Grove broke ground Oct. 23, kicking off construction of the multi-restaurant dining area at The Port District, part of Port St. Lucie’s new entertainment district, which includes a park, preserve, boardwalk and botanical garden.

“The Grove will showcase multiple unique dining venues, offering everything from full-service dining and casual bites to curated bar experiences,” according to a Port St. Lucie city news release.

There are seven venues coming to The Port District, offering a variety of full-service dining, fast-casual offerings, and curated bar experiences. The city announced these five restaurants will open in the first phase:

The first phase is expected to open in February 2027, according to the Port St. Lucie city website. The second phase will feature two casual dining venues that will begin construction once the first phase is operational.

This is being developed by SūDā, which partnered with hospitality company Atlas Restaurant Group. Atlas operates over 50 dining concepts across Maryland, Delaware, Texas, Pennsylvania and Florida.
