Aldrich Potgieter had another excellent round at the 2025 Rocket Classic to put him in the lead heading into the final round.
The 20-year-old South African had a 65 in the third round, pairing nicely with the then-course record 62 he put up in the first round to give him a two-stroke advantage. There’s a five-man group right behind him: Max Greyserman, Mark Hubbard, Andrew Putnam, Chris Kirk and Jake Knapp, who broke Potgieter’s record in Round 2. Kirk has six career PGA Tour wins, while Putnam and Knapp have one apiece. The rest are seeking their first.
Collin Morikawa, Jackson Suber, Michael Thorbjornsen and Thriston Lawrence are also in sniffing distance. Buckle in for what should be a final round in Detroit with a lot of movement atop the leaderboard.
