This week’s poll takes a deep dive through the trenches. Last year’s All-Big Bend lineman of the Year went to Mykall Lundy from Chiles, who is now playing at Auburn.
Last year’s All-Big Bend Lineman of the Year, Mykall Lundy of Chiles, set the standard before moving on to Auburn. This year’s field features dominant offensive linemen, disruptive defensive standouts and several players already attracting college attention. From seasoned veterans to rising underclassmen, these players will help determine which teams control the line of scrimmage this fall.

Antonio Harvey, Wakulla
Analysis: Harvey was one of Wakulla’s most disruptive defensive players last season. He led the War Eagles with 12 tackles for loss and 10 sacks while consistently creating pressure in opposing backfields. Whether lined up inside or on the edge, Harvey plays with relentless energy and embodies the physical style that has become a hallmark of Wakulla football.
Micah Deem, Florida High
Analysis: Deem is among the top offensive linemen in the Big Bend and continues to gain traction with college recruiters. He recently picked up an offer from West Georgia and has drawn interest from several other programs. His versatility allows him to play multiple positions across the offensive front, making him a valuable piece of Florida High’s line.
Jordan Capp, Madison County
Analysis: Capp may not have prototype size, but he plays bigger than his measurements suggest. The Madison County nose tackle recorded 25 tackles and a tackle for loss last season while doing much of the dirty work that doesn’t show up in the stat sheet. His ability to occupy blockers and free teammates to make plays makes him a critical part of the Cowboys’ defense.
Jack Cobb, Chiles
Analysis: Cobb brings a physical edge to the Timberwolves’ offensive line. His strength and aggressive style helped fuel one of Tallahassee’s most productive rushing attacks a year ago. An All-Big Bend selection, Cobb enters his senior season after adding roughly 20 pounds and is expected to anchor a Chiles offensive line that could once again be among the area’s best.
Blake Norris, Florida High
Analysis: Norris provides flexibility and leadership for the Seminoles up front, with experience at both guard and center. His combination of size, technique and footwork earned him an offer from Murray State, which he quickly accepted. With Norris and Deem leading the offensive line, Florida High has the foundation to compete for another strong season.
Trenten Barwick, Wakulla
Analysis: Despite being one of the younger players on Wakulla’s offensive line last season, Barwick quickly established himself as a force. He led the War Eagles with 32 pancake blocks and helped pave the way for a productive running game. After receiving his first Division I offer from Georgia State during the offseason, Barwick enters the season as one of the area’s fastest-rising linemen.
Sam Farmer, Chiles
Analysis: Farmer excelled at left tackle while playing alongside Lundy last season. He helped clear the way for a Chiles rushing attack that averaged 7.4 yards per carry. A powerful blocker with a physical mindset, Farmer is expected to be a cornerstone of the Timberwolves’ offense and one of the top linemen in the region.
Levi Proveaux, Madison County
Analysis: Proveaux is the biggest lineman in the Big Bend, but he moves far better than his size would suggest. The Madison County center combines power, balance and surprising mobility to create running lanes and control the interior line. As a senior, he will again be the anchor of the Cowboys’ offensive front.
Landon Hester, Godby
Analysis: Hester’s blend of size and athleticism makes him one of the most intriguing offensive linemen in the area. He comes off the ball quickly, reaches the second level effectively and consistently creates opportunities for Godby’s run game. He is equally dependable in pass protection and recently earned his first Division I offer from Alabama State.
