Pensacola Christmas lights map shows off dazzling displays

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Though it’ll probably feel a little more like Christmas once Thanksgiving is behind us and we’ve had some time to let all of that holiday pie settle.

One sure-fire way to start warming up those holiday spirit muscles is with Christmas light displays. Just like last year, we’ve put together an interactive map of where you can find Christmas lights in the Pensacola area.

From Century to Milton and from West Pensacola to Navarre, here’s a growing map of Christmas lights in the area that are sure to send you a bit of Christmas cheer.

There is one catch, however. We’re launching the Christmas lights map a bit early this year, which hasn’t given most people a chance to throw all of their decorations on the roof.

That means we’ll need your help to fill up the map.

You can submit information about your holiday light displays by filling out the form below or heading to pnj.com/holidaylights if the form isn’t working for you.

You can add your home to the list by including your address, the number of lights in your display and a short description. Participation is entirely free.

Pensacola Winterfest

Pensacola Winterfest turns downtown Pensacola into a winter wonderland, which is something that, until recently, we could have only imagined. Between now and Dec. 24, historic downtown Pensacola will serve as a backdrop for daily live performances, holiday trolley tours, “cascades of snow” and Christmas meet-and-greets featuring the Grinch and the St. Nick, himself.

You can learn more and buy tickets on the Pensacola Winterfest website.

Downtown Pensacola Christmas lights

The bad news is that the First City Lights Festival, a commemorative showcasing of downtown Pensacola turning on its holiday lights for the season, has already passed. The good news is that the lights are still there. Gather up the family and take a stroll down Palafox to soak up a bit of holiday spirit.

Sowell’s North Pole Christmas Light Display

Sowell Farms is back with its famous Christmas lights display featuring over a million lights, train rides, photos with Santa, camel ride, hot cocoa, popcorn and other holiday snacks.

The farm has always been a popular attraction in the Milton area, but its popularity grew even more after it became a finalist on ABC’s “The Great Christmas Light Fight.”

Entry is $20 per vehicle and train tickets are $3 per person. You can purchase tickets with cash at the gate or pay with card online. Tickets can be purchased here at https://sowellsnorthpole.com.

The lights display is open from 5:30 to 9 p.m. nightly, weather permitting.

Christmas Zoobilee 2025

The Gulf Breeze Zoo is hosting its special Christmas ZOObilee event, featuring winter-themed bounce stations, live music and entertainment, a Candy Cane Market full of gifts, sights, smells and tastes of the season with unique gifts from local artists.

The jolly man in the red suit will be in attendance, giving kids a last-minute chance to hand-deliver a Christmas letter while getting a photo with Santa. He won’t be alone, though. The Grinch will be there for photo ops, too.

Christmas ZOObilee tickets are $28.95 for adults, $21.95 for kids ages 2-12 and $26.95 for adults 65 and older. Kids 2 and under get in for free. Annual passholders may purchase tickets at the gate for a discounted rate of $10 per member.

Christmas at Bicentennial Park drive-thru light display

Bellingrath isn’t the only spot within driving distance worth checking out for Christmas lights. Set in Bicentennial Park, a hidden gem in rural North Baldwin County, the Christmas at Bicentennial Park drive-thru light display is a free event that has gained a lot of momentum over the years. It features an array of holiday lights, festive scenes and photo opportunities with beloved holiday characters. Extra holiday fun can be had on the weekends with hayride options, food trucks and more.
