Roadways are back open after a brush fire along Scenic Highway on Wednesday afternoon closed several roads.
Roads were reopened at about 6:40 p.m. after closing shortly after 2 p.m.

The Pensacola Fire Department, with aid from the Pensacola Police Department, is fighting a brush fire along Scenic Highway Wednesday.
The PPD said April 22 that they are assisting the PFD with traffic control and have closed down Scenic Highway just south of Scenic Court after a brush fire broke out nearby.
Five PFD fire companies are working to contain the fire, and no structures are involved at this time.
Motorists and residents of the area area asked to seek an alternate route until responders open the road and clear the fire.
