Ormond Beach mobile home fire sends one to hospital, officials say

One person was transported to the hospital as a trauma alert after a mobile home in Ormond Beach caught fire July 29, the Ormond Beach Professional Firefighters said in a Facebook post.

According to the post, the Ormond Beach Fire Department responded to the structure fire involving a single-story mobile home.

Engine 92 arrived on scene within two minutes of the call and quickly knocked out the fire, according to the social media post.

One occupant was transported as a trauma alert to Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach.

No other details were provided in the post.
