A new golf equipment store will be in Northlake Commons, the strip mall with a Home Depot and Ross Dress for Less that’s located just east of Interstate 95 in Palm Beach Gardens.
The site, at 3942 Northlake Blvd., was once a Jo-Ann Fabrics, a fabric and craft store that closed half its locations in 2025 during a restructuring.
The new tenant, according to a store sign, will be a 2nd Swing, one the country’s largest retailers of new and used golf clubs and equipment.
This will be 2nd Swing’s first Florida stores; it has locations in Texas, Maryland, Delaware, Arizona and Minnesota.
According to 2nd Swing’s website, it will stock clubs from these makers: PING, Titleist, Callaway, Taylormade, Mizuno, Cobra, Cleveland, Odyssey, Scotty Cameron, PXG and Handmade Stix.
