You can sense it’s coming, that special time of year when the scent of oily funnel cakes, popcorn, cows and Pronto dogs fill the electrified air, sizzling with a dizzying array of twirling metal arms and spinning carriages, fluorescent lights and a cacophony of celebratory squeals, shouts and song.
It’s almost time for the 2025 Pensacola Interstate Fair, now in its 90th year of providing family fun, chilling rides and attractions, live musical performances, and agricultural exhibits and youth livestock shows.
Here’s a little bit of starting information for the 2025 Pensacola Interstate Fair:
Where and when is the Pensacola Interstate Fair?
Since the late 1960s, the Pensacola Interstate Fair has been held at the fairgrounds at 6655 Mobile Highway. The 2025 fair will run from Oct. 16 through Oct. 26.

How much is admission and parking at Pensacola fair?
General admission prices are $14 for 12 years and older, and $6 for children 4 through 11 years. Children 3 and under are admitted free.
Unlimited ride wristbands are $30 for Monday-Thursday and Oct. 26. On Fridays-Sunday, it’s $35. Individual ride credits will also be available. There is also a $10 parking fee that will be collected upon exiting the Fair parking lot.
There are numerous discount opportunities, including $1 admission on opening day and Advance Super Saver general admission tickets for half price online through Oct. 15.

In addition to all your favorite heart-stopping midway attractions, from Ferris Wheels to bumper cars to slinging, swinging screamers for the brave, there are plenty of free attractions that make the fair special as well.
Live performers have always been part of the fair, bringing in legends, established performers and up-and-comers each year.

Exhibits, crafts and cattle at the fair
The Pensacola Interstate Fair has always been known for its various community exhibits and agricultural features, which include custom car shows, flower shows and art shows to exhibits from Future Farmers of America and 4-H, including livestock and poultry exhibitions and much more. A key exhibit is the Big Red Barn, a hands-on educational exhibit where children can learn to make butter, simulate milking a cow, gather potatoes and carrots from the potato patch and construct a water cycle bracelet.
