The No. 11 Seminoles (17-3, 3-0 ACC) are coming off a three-game sweep of Wake Forest and a run-rule, combined no-hitter against Bethune-Cookman on Tuesday. The No. 10 Wolfpack (17-4, 2-1 ACC) took two of three against Boston College before a midweek win over the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
FSU’s pitching staff has allowed 12 hits and nine runs in the last four games while striking out 49 batters in that span. The staff will face an NC State team that is hitting .341 as a team and has hit 40 home runs, tallied 202 RBI, and 232 total hits in 21 games this season, all of which rank in the top three in the ACC.
