Bi-Neh Awantang was named the Bay County girls tennis player of the year after a standout freshman season. Awantang boasted a 6-0 singles record and a 6-0 doubles record en route to a singles district championship and a state semifinal finish.

The Lady Rams went 5-5 this season with sisters Bi-Neh and Mbongta Awantang and 8th grader Kennedy Anliker having undefeated singles records.
