Newly remarried Donald Trump Jr. has paid former fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle $7.6 million for her share of the Jupiter waterfront home they bought together in 2021.
A Palm Beach County deed recorded on Aug. 3 shows the July 25 transaction for the six-bedroom house in Admiral’s Cove. Homes in the exclusive gated community along the Intracoastal Waterway routinely sell for millions of dollars.
Trump and Guilfoyle paid $9.7 million for the 494 Mariner Drive house five years ago, county property records show.
The two-story house is 11,270 square feet and features 11 bathrooms, as well as an elevator and a fireplace, according to Palm Beach County property records and real estate listings.
The Aug. 3 document lists a Delray Beach address for Guilfoyle, who is serving as the U.S. ambassador to Greece. The document also includes a stamp from Athens, where the U.S. embassy in Greece is located.
The property sale comes as Trump Jr. is newly married to Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson and eying a move to West Palm Beach.
In June, The Palm Beach Post learned that the eldest son of President Donald Trump is likely behind the trust that owns an empty residential lot in the Prospect Park neighborhood just south of downtown, according to two real estate sources familiar with the property.
The vacant Washington Road property sold for $15 million in February to an entity called 3110 Washington Road Trust, Palm Beach County property records show.
The 0.74-acre property with 80 feet of waterfront along the Intracoastal is at that address, north of Greenwood Drive and next to George Petty Park. The lot lies about a mile northwest of the Mar-a-Lago Club, the president’s estate in Palm Beach.
The New York Post reported on June 17 that the younger Trump plans to build a large home in Prospect Park to accommodate his five children, as well as any children he may have with his new wife.
West Palm Beach lawyer Maura Ziska is the trustee of the trust that owns the property on Washington Road, courthouse records show. She also handled the sale of Guilfoyle’s share of the Jupiter house to Trump Jr.
Ziska could not be reached immediately for comment on Aug. 3.
The 3110 Washington Road property is a single lot. However, it is just north of another waterfront lot.
Real estate sources say that lot is linked to Palm Beach investor Barbara Smith, who is married to Randall Smith, the founder of the investments firm Alden Global Capital.
It’s not clear if Smith is selling — or has sold — that lot to Trump.
If the lots were combined, the assemblage would give Trump nearly 1.5 acres, which is plenty of land for a large home. The combined properties also would provide 186 square feet of waterfront, as well as the rights to build a dock or a boat slip into the Intracoastal, according to the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser’s Office.
As for Trump’s Admiral’s Cove house, it is not officially listed for sale.
The newly updated home is decorated in a contemporary style, with white walls, white kitchen cabinetry and neutral tile and wood floors, plus water views throughout the home. Outside, there’s a pool, private dock and dock lift.
