The Miami Dolphins wrapped up their eighth practice session of training camp on the fields at their Baptist Health Training Complex on Friday, but after, the work continued for members of the front office.
On Friday night, Miami announced a quartet of roster moves, as they waived Mark Gronowski, waived/injured defensive back Omar Brown, signed safety Tanner Wall and claimed cornerback Ahmary Harvey off waivers.
Gronowski, 24, signed with the Dolphins this offseason as an undrafted rookie following a collegiate career split between South Dakota State and Iowa. He threw two interceptions during Friday’s practice, with one of them returned for a touchdown.
Brown, 25, signed a reserve/future contract with the Dolphins in January after stints with the Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers. If he goes unclaimed, he’ll revert to Miami’s injured reserve and could only return in 2026 if the team and player agree to a settlement.
Wall, 26, played at BYU from 2021-25, earning All-Big 12 honors once. In 45 games over five years, he recorded 147 tackles, seven interceptions and one forced fumble. He signed with the Las Vegas Raiders after the 2026 NFL draft, but he was waived earlier this week and went unclaimed.
Harvey, 23, played at Auburn in 2021 and at Georgia Tech from 2022-25, recording 121 tackles, 12 passes defensed, four interceptions, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries in 43 games with the Yellow Jackets. After going undrafted, he’s spent this offseason split between the Denver Broncos and Pittsburgh Steelers.
