Prepping and cooking the Thanksgiving meal for hours, sometimes even days, is a beloved tradition for many people to bring the family together and honor their heritage.
For the rest of us there’s takeout or ready-made meals, and Southern-inspired restaurant chain Cracker Barrel has announced its 2025 lineup.
Every year, the Tennessee-based family restaurant chain adds new fall flavors to its dining-in menu and starts taking orders for ready-to-heat dinners complete with oven-roasted turkey and sides that you can take home to heat up yourself, or have catered.
Cracker Barrel locations get busy on Thanksgiving. From 2010 to 2019, Cracker Barrel served 3.8 million pounds of turkey, 49.6 million ounces of gravy, and 3 million pounds of sweet potato casserole.
So grab your fork and loosen your belt. Here’s what’s available this year.

Cracker Barrel offers heat-and-eat meals for Thanksgiving
If you’d rather have your family get-together at home but still don’t want to do all the work yourself, you can get a home-cooked meal that just needs to be warmed up.
Once again this year Cracker Barrel is offering “Heat ‘n’ Serve” dinners that are already prepared and can be served in about two hours. Do you have to tell your family or guests that that lovely spread came out of a lot of containers? Cracker Barrel doesn’t judge.
You have two options, depending on how many people you need to feed.
Thanksgiving Heat n’ Serve Turkey Family Dinner: Includes one oven-roasted turkey breast, sweet potato casserole, and green beans served with cornbread dressing, gravy, cranberry relish and rolls. Starts at $114.99, serves 4-6 people.

Thanksgiving Heat n’ Serve Turkey Feast: Includes two oven-roasted turkey breasts, sweet potato casserole, green beans, mashed potatoes with cornbread dressing, gravy, cranberry relish and rolls, with pumpkin and pecan pies for dessert. Starts at $184.99, serves 8-10 people.

For dessert, Cracker Barrel offers whole fresh-baked pies in flavors like pecan, chocolate pecan, apple streusel, cinnamon roll and more starting at $14.49.

Eating there: Cracker Barrel’s Thanksgiving Day menu
If you’re hoping to meet up at Cracker Barrel and eat there instead, on Thanksgiving Day they’ll have a traditional “Turkey ‘n’ Dressing” meal complete with roasted turkey breast, cornbread dressing and gravy, country green beans, sweet potato casserole topped with pecans, cranberry relish and more. Enjoy in stores or to-go for $15.99.
Cracker Barrel moving past controversial logo change attempt
Cracker Barrel has been in the news lately, but not for its down-home food.
In August, the chain unveiled a new, simplified logo that still featured the company’s classic gold and brown color look but removed the “Old Timer,” a man seated next to a wooden barrel. The change was part of a campaign to modernize the beloved restaurant chain with a new look and different decor.
Reaction and pushback was passionate and even President Donald Trump weighed in against the change. The company’s stock dropped neatly $10 in one day.
WIthin a week, Cracker Barrel announced it was dropping the new logo.

Cracker Barrel is open for regular business hours on Thanksgiving Day, but check your local location hours at crackerbarrel.com.
