Jackson

Weight: 58 pounds

Age: 3 years

Orphaned Since: June 16

Adoption Fee: $150

Jackson is not only a people-pleasing pooch, but he’s in his happy place when next to his forever family. When not shadowing them, he’ll snuggle close or plop all his 58 pounds on a nearby lap for epic cuddles.  His enthusiasm may result in pulling while leashed but praise and patience will spark his motivation to obey. He’s eager to learn and is a top contender for a congeniality award. His glass-half-full outlook on life is contagious and makes him an awesome candidate for adoption.

They say sugar and spice and everything nice, that’s what little girls are made of. Meet Sugar, named after her sweet nature, and OK, so she’s not that little, weighing in at 12 pounds. But that’s more to love. This green-eyed, gorgeous girl can segue from a live-in-the-moment frolic with wand and laser toys to crashing on the couch for kisses and cuddles. She’s in Linda’s Lovelies Cattery at SPCA Florida, where she’s happy to have feline companionship. But she’s ready, willing and able to transition her sweet self into her forever home.

Porter

Are you ready for a cat whose lucky number is 12? Enter Porter, a 12-year-old domestic shorthair who tips the scales at ― you guessed it ―12 pounds. Stop by SPCA Florida’s Tinker’s Legacy and Porter will be schmoozing with the other feline residents and visitors. He may be chilling on the patio since it’s his fave place to relax. He’s a tad long in the tooth and has a few health hiccups but medicine and some maintenance like ear cleaning will add years to this cat’s talent to love and make you laugh. Ready to meet Porter and add him to your life?
