South Walton has been the resident state baseball qualifier the last couple of years, but there is a real possibility three area teams break through with a trip to Fort Meyers next month. Monday’s regional bracket reveal certainly affirmed the frontrunners rolls of Choctawhatchee, Niceville and the Seahawks.
South Walton and Choctaw came in at No. 1 in their respective regions, while Niceville ranked No. 2. This year the region quarterfinal round is win-or-go-home, while the region semifinals and region championship are best-of-three series. Here are their paths.
