1000 North, Jupiter

Open from noon to 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 4, this waterfront restaurant will celebrate the holiday with festive specials, brunch and dinner features, live music and its full regular menu. Commemorate America’s 250-year milestone with the ultra-luxurious 250th Anniversary Hot Dog for $100. Available all day, it features A5 Wagyu sashimi, truffle crème fraîche, caviar, and shaved truffle. For dessert, indulge in the blueberry peach cobbler, with brown butter streusel, vanilla ice cream, and bourbon caramel for $18. Special brunch menu items will be available from noon to 2:30 p.m. and include the Firecracker Shrimp, with shrimp tossed in a chili crisp honey glaze and served with sesame slaw for $32; and Duck Confit & Sweet Potato Hash for $38. Special dinner menu items will be available from 5 to 9 p.m. and include Shrimp & Scallop Ceviche for $36; Smoked Bone-In Short Rib served with miso cornbread, street corn succotash, bourbon baked beans, and KC barbecue demi-glace for $68; and a Glazed Pork Chop with heirloom carrots, sweet potato purée, and a caramelized apple and tamarind glaze also for $68.
