4th of July and more: Fireworks in Panama City/Panama City Beach

Independence Day is coming, which means it’s time to decide what events you are going to attend for the holiday.

Take a look at some 4th of July events going on in Bay County. As always, be sure to check with the event organizer’s social media pages or home pages or by phone to confirm times, locations and details.

Here are some planned fireworks displays:

Fireworks galore!

Lynn Haven 4th of July Celebration

The celebration starts at 8 a.m. July 4 with the “America: Stars & Stripes Parade” opening ceremony at Ninth Street and Highway 77. The parade steps off at 8:45 a.m. down Highway 77.

Other activities will begin at 9 a.m. at Sharon Sheffield Park. The Let Freedom Ring Finale at Kinsaul Park will feature live music and a fireworks show at 9 p.m.

This event is free and open to the public.

2025 July 4th Salute to Freedom Festival

This event will be on July 4 at 1 Harrison Ave., Panama City. The Panama City Marina will have a full afternoon of patriotic activities. This family friendly event is free and open to the public.

Schedule:4 p.m. – Festival grounds open5 p.m. – Live music by Sons of Saints6:30 p.m. – Live music by Last Left9 p.m. – Firework display

Red, White and Boil

This event will be at Harrison’s Kitchen & Bar, 5 Harrison Ave., Panama City. Enjoy a classic July 4th Seafood Boil. Reservations required. Call (850) 979-5550 or email info@harrisonskitchenandbar.com.

Fireworks on 5

This event will be 6-10 p.m. July 4 at the rooftop bar of Hotel Indigo, 7 Harrison Ave., Panama City.

“Skip the crowds and watch the fireworks light up the water from the best seat in town,” organizers say. “We’re talking drinks, lite bites, your own table all night, and a front-row view of the show.”
