Will Rams-Seahawks be on in my area? Week 11 broadcast map, TV channel

After defeating the San Francisco 49ers 42-26 on Sunday at Levi’s Stadium, the Los Angeles Rams are returning home to SoFi Stadium for the first of two matchups in 2025 against the Seattle Seahawks.

Los Angeles has been dominant offensively and defensively this year, scoring 27.9 points per game (fifth in the NFL) and holding opponents to just 17.0 points per game (second in the NFL). They’ve also been one of the healthiest teams in the league, but with Davante Adams tweaking his oblique last week, that could limit him on Sunday.

Seattle has been great as well, scoring 30.6 points per game (third) and keeping opponents to just 19.1 points per game (fifth). They’ll present Sean McVay’s team with one of their biggest tests of the year, as Mike Macdonald’s defense might be able to match Sean McVay’s high-powered offense.

This Week 11 meeting between the Rams and Seahawks won’t be broadcast nationally, but it’ll still be available for many fans across the country. Take a look at the map below, and if you’re in the dark blue areas, you’re good to go.

The Rams kick off against the Seahawks at 4:05 p.m. ET on Sunday on FOX. Joe Davis has the call with three-time Pro Bowler Greg Olsen providing color commentary and Pam Oliver reporting from the sidelines.
