It took until Week 5, but Los Angeles Rams rookie tight end Terrance Ferguson finally made an impact.
The second-round pick hauled in a 21-yard catch late in the second half to help set up the Rams’ first score of the night against the San Francisco 49ers.

Matthew Stafford capped off the eight-play, 85-yard drive with a touchdown pass to running back Kyren Williams.
Ferguson finally saw the field after playing just four offensive snaps over in only two active games. But with starting tight end Tyler Higbee out, Ferguson was going to get some extra looks at the position. He made the most of his first target with a catch and could be in line for more work the rest of the night.
L.A. drafted Ferguson with the No. 46 pick out or Oregon after trading back in the 2025 NFL Draft. The Rams picked up an extra 2026 first-round pick in a trade back with the Atlanta Falcons.
