On Monday, the Big Ten announced the kickoff times and television networks for all of its football games on November 1, including USC’s trip to Lincoln to face Nebraska. The matchup between the Trojans and Cornhuskers will kick off at 4:30 p.m. Pacific time/6:30 p.m. Central time and air on NBC.
The window is a familiar one for USC. This will mark the Trojans’ third game in a row that will be televised by NBC in prime time as part of the network’s Saturday night college football package. This comes after USC did not play a single game in the window last year, while instead appearing in CBS’s afternoon window a remarkable four times.
The Trojans are coming off of a 34-24 loss to Notre Dame, their second defeat of the 2025 season. Hence, they will be traveling to Lincoln desperately needing a victory in order to keep their Big Ten title and College Football Playoff hopes alive. Nebraska, meanwhile, is coming off of an embarrassing 24-6 road loss to Minnesota on Friday night. The Cornhuskers will host Northwestern this coming week, while the Trojans get to rest up and enjoy a week off.
Last season, USC defeated Nebraska 28-20 at the Coliseum. Now, the Trojans will make the return trip to Lincoln, where they last played in 2007. That year, Pete Carroll’s Trojans outrushed the Huskers 313-31 in a 49-31 rout that was not nearly as close as the final score indicated.
The trip to Nebraska will mark USC’s final time leaving the West Coast during the regular season. Three of the Trojans’ final four games are at home, with the final road trip being up the Pacific Coast to face Oregon on November 22.
