Erin Schor, a state of Michigan bureaucrat and the wife of Lansing mayor Andy Schor, will appear on “Jeopardy!” this month, the mayor said in a Facebook post.
“This Lansing resident will appear on Jeopardy on Friday, June 12,” Andy Schor said in a Facebook post. “Answer: Who is Erin Schor?”
“Jeopardy!” highlights contestants during the week their episode airs. The website does not yet include information about competitors for the week of June 7.
“That’s right, my wife recently got the opportunity to be a contestant on Jeopardy! It was such a fun, incredible experience and I’m so proud of her. Tune in on June 12!” Andy Schor said in the Facebook post, which included photos of his wife with “Jeopardy!” host Ken Jennings and other contestants.
Erin Schor is one of several Michigan residents to appear on the show recently. Grosse Pointe native Jamie Ding won 31 straight games on the show earlier this year and two Michigan State University faculty also competed, Chayce Griffith and Pete Johnston.
