OKLAHOMA CITY — The Texas Tech softball team will try to score another win in the 2026 Women’s College World Series against Tennessee today at Devon Park.
The Red Raiders opened their stay in OKC with an 8-0, run-rule victory over Mississippi State, ending the game in five innings. Tennessee, meanwhile, took down fellow SEC team and reigning national champion Texas 6-3 to set up the meeting with the Red Raiders.
The game is sure to bring some drama as it features former Tennessee player Taylor Pannell facing her former team after transferring to Texas Tech last summer.
