A Saline man, who buys Powerball tickets every week, recently won a huge prize on the game.
Brian Bauer, 56, purchased a ticket online that matched the five white balls in the Dec. 10 drawing — 10, 16, 29, 33 and 69 — and won $1 million, according to the Michigan Lottery.
“I usually buy a few Powerball tickets online every week,” Bauer told the Michigan Lottery. “After the drawing, I saw an email from the Michigan Lottery that said to log in to my account to view my prize, and I was shocked because I knew it meant I must have won big.”
Bauer recently claimed his prize and plans to share the money with loved ones.
“Winning a prize like this takes the pressure off and I’m grateful that I will be able to share it with the people I love,” he said.
