It’s been a handful of weeks since the Michigan high school boys basketball season closed at Michigan State’s Breslin Center, which means the time for postseason honors has come.
First up from the collection of Michigan Sports Writers is the Division 4 boys basketball all-state teams, which come led by Division 4 champion Concord.
The Yellow Jackets’ run to a title came aided by the Division 4 Player of the Year in Jett Smith, while teammate Connor Stevens also shined an earned first team recognition. Concord coach Marcus Gill was also named the Division 4 Coach of the Year, leading the team to a 25-4 record.
